Activities

These are the activities we engage in to build the church within the people.

Activity 01

Services

Our services are times set aside for us to enter God’s sanctuary and draw from Him, following the traditions of the Celestial Church of Christ

Glorious Day Service

Sundays at 10 am

This service is a dedicated time for us to come together as saints of God to worship at His feet, continuing our daily acts of worship.

Mercy Day Service

Wednesdays at 6 pm

While we are always beneficiaries of God’s mercy, this service is specifically dedicated to seeking and appreciating God’s mercy.

Power Day Service

Fridays at 6 pm

This service is a time to seek out the power of God that is available to believers who make up the body of Christ.

Activity 02

Bible Study

Rightly dividing the word of truth…

Our Bible Study is held on Wednesdays alongside our Mercy Day Service. These sessions are not merely a religious activity but are aimed at fostering the spiritual growth of the church—the people. There is much to uncover in the Scriptures: the promises of God, our identity as believers, and the very foundations of our hope in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Join us on Wednesdays to discover the love of God through the Scriptures and grow by the sincere milk of the Word!

Activity 03

Prayer Meeting

Prayer is a vital part of the Christian life and should not be neglected. Our Lord Jesus Himself tells us that men should always continue in prayer. As a church, we adopt this way of life.

Our Prayer Meetings are held alongside our Power Day Service on Fridays. This is a time when we come together to build ourselves up in prayer and align ourselves with the will of God by praying out Scriptures.

Fellowship with on Fridays as we come together to do as the bible prescribes: Iron sharpening iron!

Activity 04

Foundational Bible School (FBS)

The Foundation Bible School is a discipleship scheme set up by the church to bring believers into a complete understanding of the foundations of the Christian faith, as taught by the Bible.

Just as our Lord Jesus told Martha, learning at His feet is more important than being encumbered by the demands of service. Hence, successful completion of the Foundation Bible School is a prerequisite to joining and serving in any subgroup within the church. It is also a prerequisite for enrolling in the Teachers’ Training Program

Activity 05

Teachers’ Training programme (TTP)

The Teachers’ Training Programme is a school established to train believers in the central elements of Christian doctrine. Its purpose is to avoid errors in biblical interpretation and to equip us against the dangers of false doctrine, among other objectives. The school aims to foster continuity in a healthy breed of teachers who have grown from the milk of the Word to the meat, thereby continually building up the Church of God through accurate teaching and the dispensation of the Word through the help of the Holy Spirit.
